A girl in Hong Kong is infected with first type H9N2 bird flu virus Rare but slight

Hong Kong Ministry of Health says on the 23rd, a local age is close to the 3 -year-old girl being infected with first type H9N2 influenza virus from the end of last month to earlier this month. This is a kind of comparatively rare bird flu with slighter condition.
Protect in the center by hygiene of National Health Administration of the HKSAR government, say, infected girl's Shatian lived in New Territory of Hong Kong, appear symptom of coughing, having a fever and having a running nose etc. at the end of last month, receive treatment and recover in Prince of Wales Hospital, have already left hospital on December 11.
Hygiene protect centre say girl respiratory tract sample finds and reveals and contains first type H9N2 influenza virus. The hygiene will continue surveying this case while protecting the centre, National Health Administration will report this case to World Health Organization too.
National Health Administration say first type H9N2 one bird flu virus, large to separate out from chicken, duck in many midyear in the past, but have illness coming on more rarely on people, the condition is slight. This is Hong Kong's seventh time to detect H9 -type bird flu virus on person.
